To ensure rater reliability, the following procedure will be utilized for PRE-ASSESSMENT RATING:
1. UNSATISFACTORY
a.
The client has never performed the indicator
b.
The client was fired
1) Due to poor performance of the indicator
2) From a job involving the indicator
2. BELOW AVERAGE
a.
The client has received classroom instruction but has no practical experience
performing the indicator
b.
The client has performed the indicator while involved in an unpaid position
c.
The client has performed the indicator but feels their ability to maintain
employment is inadequate
3. AVERAGE
a.
The client has performed the indicator in a paid position and feels their
ability to maintain employment is adequate
4. ABOVE AVERAGE
a.
The client has performed the indicator and has received a statement from
a supervisor documenting their ability
5. EXCELLENT
a.
The client has performed the indicator and has documentation stating outstanding
performance from a
supervisor/instructor
To ensure rater reliability, the following procedure will be utilized for POST-ASSESSMENT RATING:
1. UNSATISFACTORY
a.
The client is unable to perform any portion of the indicator correctly
b.
The client was not exposed to any portion of the indicator
c.
The client received an "F" grade in a course in which the indicator was
taught
2. BELOW AVERAGE
a.
The client is able to perform the indicator but requires one-on-one
supervision to successfully complete the indicator
b.
The client received an "A”, “B”, “C”, or "D" grade in a course in which
the indicator was taught, but has no practical experience
performing the indicator
3. AVERAGE
a.
The client is able to perform the indicator with no supervision
b.
The client received a "C" grade in a course in which the indicator was
taught, and has some practical experience performing the indicator
4. ABOVE AVERAGE
a.
The client is able to perform the indicator with no supervision and has
shown the ability to use correct judgement in making decisions
concerning the indicator
b.
The client received a "B" grade in a course in which the indicator was
taught, and has some practical experience performing the indicator
5. EXCELLENT
a.
The client is able to perform the indicator with no supervision, has shown
the ability to use correct judgement in making decisions concerning
the indicator, and is able to instruct others on the correct procedures
for performing the indicator
b.
The client received an "A" grade in a course in which the indicator was
taught, and has some practical experience performing the indicator
